Berikut ini adalah statistik yang cukup menarik.

Google Programmer di Phoenix - $174,000/tahun

Google Programmer di California - $197,000/tahun

Google Programmer di Chicago - $222,000/tahun

Google Programmer di New York - $242,000/tahun

itu hanya gajinya... Keuntungan apa lagi yang ditawarkan Google kepada karyawannya?

1. Google akan membayar $8.000/ tahun jika anda meneruskan pendidikan. Mereka hanya mengaharapkan nilai "B".

2. Jika anda me-refer seorang karyawan untuk menjadi staff Google dan mereka bertahan untuk 60 hari, Google akan membayar $2.000 kepada anda.

3. Jika anda hendak mengadopsi anak, Google akan memberikan $5.000 untuk urusan legal dan biaya adopsi.

4. Tergantung dari berapa lama anda bekerja di Google, anda akan mendapatkan sampai dengan 25 hari bonus liburan dalam setahun.

Satu lagi hal yang menarik dari segi finansial karyawan Google, menurut New York Times, kira-kira ada 1.000 karyawan Google yang memiliki saham dengan nilai
$5 juta dollar.
Masih menurut New York Times, setiap karyawan yang bersama Google untuk setahun saja memiliki nilai lebih dari $250.000.
Perusahaan pesaing mengatakan bahwa programmer Google telah menikmati 50% kenaikan gaji dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, tampaknya hal
ini tidaklah mengherankan buat perusahaan sekelas Google. jadi ada agan2 yang Tertarik untuk bergabung dengan Google?
