Physically, if you pay more attention to the picture above, you'll see a different rubber tips (Yes, they're the new double-flange). They're more comfortable in your ears and subjectively have better noise isolation. The other physically differences are the more flexible cable and the industrial-grade 3.5mm stereo jack. Now the difference in sound quality are the bass that goes deeper, clearer treble, and an improvement in detail.
