The likes of Philipp Lahm, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Manuel Neuer, Jerome Boateng, Mario Gotze and Thomas Muller all played pivotal roles in Germany's run to the title in Brazil this summer, leading to some concerns over the players' fitness and motivation heading into the 2014-15 club campaign.
"I'm sure we will play a very good season. It's not the first time I need to master such a situation. I'll deal with it," he told reporters.
Bayern are currently in America preparing for their friendly against Chivas in New Jersey on Friday and Guardiola is looking forward to a stern test against the Mexicans.
"We're not here just for fun - we want to give the fans in the stadium something," he said.
"It will be a good test to see where we stand and what we still need to work on. It will help us in our preparation."
