Thumbs up [Food] Asparagus Tumis Scallop


Bahan:
350 g scallop segar
80 g minyak sayur
10 g bawang putih cincang
200 g asparagus hijau, potong 3 cm
40 g jamur shitake segar,potong 4
40 g kaldu ayam
20 g saus tiram
20 g kecap jamur


Cara membuat:

Cuci bersih scallop. Tiriskan.
Tumis bawang putih hingga harum.
Masukkan asparagus, scallop dan kaldu. Aduk cepat hingga matang.
Tambahkan kecap, saus tiram, garam dan merica, jika perlu. Aduk rata.
Angkat, sajikan panas.
