Dalam pemaparan penyelenggaraan peradilan pajak ini, KPK akan menyampaikan sejumlah poin positif dan negatif. Pada poin yang dianggap masih perlu ditingkatkan pelaksanaannya, KPK akan meminta action plan kepada Kemenkeu untuk melakukan pembenahan.

"Seperti pemaparan kajian KPK selama ini. Nanti akan diikuti dengan action plan," terangnya.

Pertemuan KPK dan Menkeu diperkirakan akan berlangsung selama 3 jam. Agus Marto sendiri telah tiba di gedung KPK sekitar pukul 09.10 WIB.

Sebelumnya, Agus Marto mengatakan perlunya penyempurnaan sistem penanganan pajak. Dia mencontohkan kasus mafia pajak Gayus Tambunan sebagai salah satu perkara yang membuktikan sistem perpajakan masih lemah dan penuh celah. Agus mengakui, prioritas Kemenkeu tahun ini berbeda dengan 2010. Tahun lalu kementerian fokus kepada peningkatan pendapatan negara dari pajak. Tahun ini pihaknya bakal fokus kepada perbaikan sistem dan menyampaikan perkembangannya secara rutin kepada publik. (umi)
