MUDAH-MUDAHAN NGGA REPOST



Apakah pinggang Anda mulai melebar karena kebiasaan mengudap makanan kecil tanpa henti? Rasa lapar yang sering timbul bisa menjadi penyebabnya. Dan, itu semua berakar pada nafsu makan yang tidak dapat terkendali serta pilihan makanan yang salah membuat perut Anda lebih cepat kosong. Coba perbaiki dengan melakukan lima hal berikut ini.


1. Makan lebih banyak serat
Makanan yang berserat tinggi akan membuat Anda kenyang lebih lama. Makanan seperti beras merah dan havermut akan mengembang saat berada di perut, juga membantu melepaskan gula perlahan-lahan sehingga energi Anda tidak mudah habis. Pilihan makanan yang berserat tinggi lainnya adalah buah apel, alpukat, kacang-kacangan, biji-bijian (seperti gandum), dan sayuran seperti brokoli.



2. Santap juga lebih banyak protein
Sering diserang rasa kantuk menjelang pukul 16.00? Ini bisa dikarenakan kadar gula yang turun. Hindari makan yang tinggi karbohidrat pada saat makan besar, terutama makan siang. Memang, Anda akan cepat kembali berenergi, tapi segera setelahnya langsung loyo lagi. Pilih makanan yang kaya protein, yang membuat tubuh Anda lebih lambat dalam mengubah karbohidrat menjadi gula. Hasilnya, Anda tidak akan kepingin ngemil karena masih kenyang. Ada berbagai pilihan sehat yang bisa divariasikan setiap hari, mulai dari daging ayam, ikan, telur, keju, sampai kacang-kacangan seperti buncis atau quinoa.



3. Minum yang cukup
Riset membuktikan, ternyata otak tidak dapat membedakan antara sensasi lapar dengan haus. Keduanya dianggap sama. Karena itu, ketika Anda mulai merasa ingin ngemil padahal belum lama makan, coba anggap dulu itu sebagai tanda-tanda haus alih-alih kelaparan. Minum segelas air, kemudian tunggu 20 menit untuk memastikan Anda memang benar-benar lapar, bukannya sekadar haus. Selain itu, cukupi juga asupan minum dalam sehari dengan minum setidaknya 8 gelas sehari. Plus, awali acara makan dengan minum segelas air, sehingga Anda tidak makan berlebihan.



4. Jangan jadikan makan sebagai hobi
Anda benar-benar lapar, atau hanya bosan, stres, atau sedih? Ternyata, ada sebagian orang yang makan karena dorongan pelampiasan emosi. Atau, karena terbiasa menyantap puding setelah makan besar dan minum soda saat nonton di bioskop. Coba ganti dorongan seperti ini dengan me-�make-over� jenis makanan Anda. Misalnya, saat beban kerja sedang tinggi dan Anda ingin mengunyah, makanlah kacang atau apel, bukannya biskuit cokelat.



5. Berolahragalah lebih sering
Menurut studi, olahraga yang sifatnya aerobik dapat membantu menekan nafsu makan berlebihan. Selain itu, olahraga juga dapat membantu mengendalikan kadar gula darah. Jadi, segera kenakan sepatu olahraga Anda dan mulailah latihan. Jangan lupa santap juga makanan bergizi agar hasilnya lebih maksimal.
