inilah manusia..
tercipta dari segumpal tanah hitam..
sesuatu yang nista, bahkan iblispun merendahkannya..
tapi setelah tercipta rasa bangga akan diri sendiri sungguh besar seakan manusia itu tercipta dari berlian..
seakan ia penguasa..
seakan dia yang terhebat..
seakan dia sempurna..

inilah manusia...
kesalahan sendiri yang begitu besar dianggap tak ada..
dianggap tak salah..
dianggap sah sah saja..
kesalahan kecil yang dalam batas suatu kewajaran dianggap kesalahan besar yang mengecewakan..

inilah manusia..
yang dengan nafsunya menjatuhkan saudaranya..
menjual saudaranya..
memakan daging saudaranya..

inilah manusia..
semakin ia memiliki sesuatu semakin ia di hadiahi kesombongan..
ilmu, kepandaian, kesalehan, kekayaan, kekuasaan..
semua itu akan hilang ditelan kesombongan..
apa artinya kalau cuma bisa sombong akan kehebatan diri??

mungkin ini yang membuat iblis merasa pantas merendahkan manusia..

masih merasa hebat??
masih merasa sombong??
masih belum bisa melihat kedalam diri??
masih merasa bisa berucap "anda mengecawakan"?
masih merasa sempurna??
masih??
kalau masih, mungkin memang anda iblis itu sendiri....|
