Customer Service (CS)
Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service from insurance, banking or other financial services
Fluent in English, both oral & written
Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
Strong customer services orientation
Excellent communication skill & teamwork
