Pada suatu hari, seorang bocah kecil sedang mandi bersama ibunya. Kemudian dia bertanya kepada ibunya, “Bu, apa yang ada di dada Ibu itu?”

Bingung menjawab, sang ibu bilang,”Tanya saja sama Bapakmu besok waktu sarapan.”

Keesokan harinya ketika sedang sarapan dengan Bapaknya, si bocah bertanya, “Pak! Tau nggak benda apa yang ada di dada Ibu?”

Si Bapak walaupun bingung tapi dapat cepat menjawab “Ooh… itu balon, sayang, nanti kalo Ibu meninggal, kita bisa meniupnya supaya Ibumu bisa terbang ke surga.”

Si bocah mengangguk-angguk mengerti. Beberapa minggu kemudian, si Bapak pulang lebih awal dari kantor. Di depan rumah, dia melihat anaknya lari ke arahnya sambil menangis tersedu-sedu.

“Bapak…! Ibu mau meninggal..” katanya memelas.

Setelah menenangkan anaknya si Bapak pun bertanya,”Mengapa kau mengira Ibumu mau meninggal?”

Si bocah menjawab,”Tadi Oom tetangga seberang meniup balon Ibu, dan Ibu berteriak “Oohh…! Ayo teruskan, aku hampir sampai..!”
