My inspiration to dive into the wonderful world of photography was a friend of my husbands. When we were in college he took some pretty good photos with the Minolta point and shoot he had. The nature photos he took spoke to me. This was about 5 years ago. When he upgraded his camera he gave his camera to me for $50.
I always liked taking photos, capturing moments. I was a photo junky just in terms of always wanting photos of family and friends. But when he gave me that camera is when I really took to photography.
To this day I really owe him a big thanks for opening my eyes. I'm sure I would have with time been turned onto photography. But he gave me that inspiring push I needed.
How about everyone else?
