Animal/wildlife shots by a newbie

hi, just though id upload some of my wildlife pics, just got a point and shoot cam but gives an idea of the sort of image id like to capture on a dslr. All comments welcome

would love to take these type of pics ona good camera, birds of prey etc.

would have liked to do a close up of the zebra baby's face.

I know...the flowers are a bit lame, but am trying lol

i like the detail on this, would be good to get it sharper

any advice or comments welcome
