A miracle or dust?? Neewbie here

Im new to digital photography but have dabbled with just a point and shoot camera for years, i have a samsung P1000 ( iknow v basic).

I recently went to Brugge and tried my hand at taking some pictures in a church there, this is one that i found a bit unusual when i uploaded them onto my comp.

My dad calls it 'The Miracle' ha ha

But what logically can cause this type of orb or marking on a photo??
