To make your booking:



 Visit www.mandalaair.com

 Select your travel dates and destination on the booking magnet.

 Select departure and arrival flights.

 Read and accept the terms and conditions of carriage to proceed with booking.

 Enter passenger details in the fields stated.

 At the payment page, select the VOUCHER PAYMENT tab.

 Enter the voucher number stated above and click RETRIEVE, then click SUBMIT PAYMENT.

 The summary page will show voucher amount and balance payment

 Click on the CREDIT CARD tab to make balance payment. Enter your credit card details required for payment of taxes and charges if applicable.

 Once the payment for taxes and charges has been processed, a booking confirmation will be presented on the website and e-mailed to the e-mail address given in the booking process.

 Bring the e-mail confirmation as proof of travel during check-in, together with your travel documents.

Terms and conditions of voucher:



 Voucher must be redeemed by 30 November 2012; 2359hrs (+8GMT)

 Voucher is transferable to passengers other than the original passengers.

 Voucher can be used for travel up to available schedule displayed in the system and is subject to seat availability.

 Vouchers are not valid for promotional and group fares.

 Voucher is valid for redemption on one single transaction only.

 Voucher is valid for redemption on Mandala Airlines (RI) routes only.

 All vouchers and unused credit are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash and bookings are subject to prevailing terms and conditions available on our website.
