SITAC (SITE ACQUISITION) - OUTSOURCE





Responsibilities:

� Site surveyor.

� Socialization residents.

� Verify the legality of land.

� Negotiating rental / purchase of land. Management of the construction permit.

� Preparation of survey reports.

� Assisting marketing in the review with the operator regarding the progress.



Requirements:

� Male, Max 35 Years old.

� Minimum S1 degree in Legal from reputable university

� Minimum 2-3 years experience as SITAC

� Has strong negotiation skills and communication skills. Job Location all over Indonesia.

MAINTENANCE FIELD OFFICER (MFO) - OUTSOURCE





Responsibilities:

� Monitoring routine maintenance work site and gen set performed by contractors.

� Monitoring repair work by the contractor according to SOP.

� Monitoring or maintenance of generators and fuel usage in order to always be ready to operate when required.

� Implement KPI CME and repeaters that have been defined according to schedule and ensure the minutes of KPIs that have been signed on schedule.

� Evaluate implementation of the work the contractor.

� Prepare all the documents supporting the needs of the insurance claim.



Requirements:

� Male max. 28 years old.

� Min D3 majoring in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, & Telecommunication.

� Min. 2 years experience in Wireless Telecommunication Business (fresh graduates are welcome).

� Have knowledge in BTS Tower and Repeater

� Computer literate

� Having Driving License (SIM A /SIM C).

� Job Location all over Indonesia.

CME SUPERVISOR (CIVIL MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL) - OUTSOURCE





Responsibilities:

� Controlling and monitoring of the tower construction process is carried out by contractors tower

� Perform tower construction progress in the area

� Monitoring the quality of material and installation in the field by contractor

� Resolving any problems and issues that occur in all the sites that become areas of responsibility

� Monitoring and doing regular visits to the site (tower construction site)



Requirements:

� Male

� Min 27 years old

� Minimum D3 civil engineering

� Minimum 2-3 years experience as CME

Engineering Survey Report (ESR) - Outsourcing



Responsibilities :

� Processing the ESR (Engineering Survey Report) documents received and Upload to available system

� Handling administrative work (blind drawing) & making a progress reports

� Able to work with Subcons and can provide simple training

� Able to work in the field area and take a survey

� Perform ESR review which has been done by Subcons



Requirements :

� Male, max 30 years old

� Min D3 Civil Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering

� Have knowledge in Telecommunication area

� Min 1 years experience in telecommunication / tower company (as a field Engineer Surveyor will be advantage)

� Fresh Graduated are welcome

� Willing to working in the field area and not afraid to work at heights

� Computer literate (Ms. Office, PDF, Google Earth and GPS)

� Ability to work under pressure and careful
