Default Boeche De Noel

Bolu Gulung :
Bahan:
15 btr kuning telur
5 btr putih telur
125 gr gula kastor
100 gr terigu
15 gr coklat bubuk
150 gr mentega kocok.

Bahan Olesan :
Selai Strawberry
250 gr butter cream
2 sdm pasta mocca.

Hiasan :
Dark cooking chocolate
Cherry merah
Gula halus.

Cara membuat :
1. Bolu Gulung: Kocok kuning telur, putih telur, dan gula kastor
hingga mengembang dan kental, masukkan campuran terigu dan coklat
bubuk, aduk rata, masukkan mentega kocok aduk lagi hingga tercampur
benar.
2. Tuang dalam loyang 30 x 30 x 2 cm, oven hingga matang.
3. Balikkan cake diatas kertas atau serbet, oles dengan butter
cream, gulung.
4. Letakkan diatas alas tart, hias dengan semprotan butter
cream, dan dark cooking chocolate hingga menyerupai batang kayu. Lalu
hias dengan rumput-rumputan sesuai selera.
