check this out

1.Bubur


Bubur memiliki G.I yang sangat rendah, yang berarti bahwa karbohidrat masuk kedalam aliran darah secara perlahan lahan dan itu akan mempertahankan tingkat energi tubuh kita sekaligus mencegah kita memakan makanan samapai jam 11 pagi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makanan basah dan creamier dapat mengaktifkan sinyal kepuasan, meningkatkan rasa kenyang, dan yang paling penting, semangkuk bubur dapat menurunkan kolesterol. Jadi, bubur merupakan sarapan yang sangat sempurna.

2.Popcorn


Jika kalian mencari makanan ringan untuk memuaskan nafsu ngemil kalian, popcorn adalah salah satu pilihan terbaik. Popcorn bermanfaat menjadi makanan gandum yang mengandung serat dan mengenyangkan dari pada makanan ringan alternatif lainnya. Tetapi jangan memakan popcorn yang mengandung mentega, minyak, toffee atau garam, karena popcorn yang polos lah yang dapat mengisi kebutuhan perut kalian.

3.Apel


Apel adalah makanan yang bagus untuk menjaga rasa lapar jika sedang berpergian karena faktanya apel penuh dengan serat. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa makan sebuah apel 20 menit sebelum makan makanan dapat mengurangi jumlah makanan yang dikonsumsi pada saat makan. Jadi, jika memakan apel secara teratur setiap hari, serat di dalam tubuh kita dapat terpenuhi secara teratur dan dapat mencegah kita merasa kelaparan.

4.Jeruk


Jeruk adalah buah super yang mengandung fluida yang memberikan peran yang sangat besar dalam memberi rasa kenyang. Jeruk juga mengandung 86% air, dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makanan dengan kandungan air yang tinggi dapat membantu meningkatkan rasa kenyang karena meningkatkan ukuran porsi tanpa menambahkan kalori.

5.Telur


Telur tidak rendah kalori dibandingkan dengan beberapa makanan lainnya yang telah sebutkan sejauh ini, namun karena fakta bahwa telur adalah sumber protein, pastinya telur pantas disebutkan menjadi makanan yang dapat menjaga rasa lapar. Makanan tinggi protein akan membuat rasa kenyang yang lebih lama. Telur memiliki manfaat lain juga, yaitu mengandung semua asam amino esensial dalam proporsi yang tepat yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh untuk pertumbuhan optimal dan pemeliharaan jaringan otot aktif secara metabolik.

6.Sup


Beberapa penelitian menyatakan bahwa makan sup sebelum makan dapat meningkatkan rasa kenyang, hasilnya kita jadi makan sedikit dan mengambil sedikit kalori. Perlu berhati-hati pada pilihan sup, sekalipun itu sup buatan sendiri sehingga kita memiliki kendali atas bahan yang akan dimasukkan. Jika ingin membeli sup kalengan, sebaiknya memeriksa informasi gizi nya terutama jumlah garam, kalori dan lemak.

biasanya kalo gw seh lebih ke gorengan untuk penunda rasa lapar, misal gorengan : Pisang Goreng, Tahu Goreng, Ketela Goreng, Molen, Onde2, dkk...
