Business Development Asst. Manager (Code: BDAM)

Responsibilities:

1. Travel to find potential sites for new opening stores

2. Negotiation with landlords / developer for the lease / rental condition and ME specification

3. Proceed and negotiation for renewal existing store lease agreement

4. Preparing and coordination with related department for new store opening, store closure or store renovation.



Requirements:

� Max. 30 years old, preferably Single

� University Degree majoring in Economic / Management from reputable University

� Min. 3 years working experience in the same position as Business Development or min. Supervisor or Centre Manager.

� Good in English (verbal and written)

� Good in detail, strong analytical thinking, enjoy working with numbers, effective planner

� Talkative, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline.

� Willing to travel extensively to find potential sites

COMPANY SALES AGENT (TZ-CSA)/

CASHIER (TZ-CSH)



Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

� Menjual produk-produk dan mempromosikan games, souvenir yang dimiliki oleh Timezone

� Mencari customer baru dan mengatasi keluhan customer secara cepat



Kualifikasi

� Min. D3/ S1 (jurusan apa saja)

� Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Cashier/ SPG/ Customer Service

Kualifikasi

� Min. D3 Elektronika, Audio Video atau Telekomunikasi

� Usia maks. 24 tahun

� Berpengalaman min. 1 tahun di industri retail

� Lebih disukai yang mengerti mikrokontroller dan microprocessor serta troubleshooting PC

� Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan memiliki integritas

� Bersedia ditempatkan di luar kota

� Bersedia untuk bekerja di hari Sabtu/ Minggu dan hari libur nasional



INTERIOR DESIGN (code: ID)

Responsibilities

� Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.

� Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.

� Select or design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories

� Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with sales representatives and vendors to determine who can provide the best service



Requirements

� Max. 30 years old

� Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/ Design/ Architecture or equivalent.

� At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

� Good in English (verbal and written)

� Good in detail, strong analytical thinking, enjoy working with numbers, effective planner

� Talkative, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline.

� Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD software; Google Sketch Up; Graphicsoft ArchiCAD; 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw

� Willing to travel extensively.

� Able to work Over Time and On Weekend if needed

Tugas dan tanggung Jawab :



- Maintain system yg berjalan

- Update data (daily basis)

- Mempersiapkan Instalasi Komputer untuk User / Client

- Troubleshooting komputer dan jaringan





Kualifikasi :

- Usia max 24 tahun.

- Min. D3/ S1 jurusan Elektronika / Teknik Informatika / Manajemen Informatika

- Mahir pemograman Visual Basic.Net, Ms SQL, Windows Security dan Konsep Jaringan LAN/WAN

- Mengerti Linux dan Web Programming

- Kreatif, Inovatif, dapat bekerja secara team dan memiliki integritas

- Bersedia ditugaskan ke luar kota
