A Design & Build Office Interior Company is urgently searching for real competent candidates to fill in the following positions :



1. SALES SUPPORT / ADMIN :

Fresh graduated are welcome, preferably having min.2 years experience in similar position.

Education min Diploma Degree from any major.

Fluent in Japan language (both writing and speaking) is an added value.

Deep knowing and able to perform about filling system .

Good communication skill.

Having strong Microsoft Office and computer skill.

Working in Detail Oriented.



2. ME ESTIMATOR

Graduated minimum Diploma 3 (D3) Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architect

Preferable in office fit-out business.

Having experience in Mechanical Engineering work will be added value.

Able to read and calculate Cad drawing.

Strong in numerical computation.

Proficient in written English will be added value.

Familiar with Microsoft Office program.



3. DRAFTER

Male/female, age maximum 30 years old

Graduated minimum STM or Diploma 3 (D3) Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architect.

Familiar with cad program for 2D, 3D max software, photoshop and sketchup.

Preferable have 3 years in interiors business field.

Knowing about site is an add value.

Passively English proficiency will be added value.



4. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE :

Graduated from Architecture/Interior Design

Minimum 3 years experience and possesses good networking

Good Communication Skill.

Target oriented and good negotiation skill

Fluent in English speaking oral and writing

Computer literate



5. COST CONTROL

Male / Female

Graduated from Architecture / Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 years experience in the same field

Familiar with Microsoft Office program



6. ESTIMATOR

Estimator Interior:

Graduated minimum Diploma 3 (D3) Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architect

Having experience as Estimator Interior minimum 1 years

Preferable in office fit-out business

Familiar with Microsoft Office program

Strong in numerical computation

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Able to read drawings



7. PURCHASING MANAGER

Education graduated from Architecture/Civil/Interior Design

Having experience minimum 2 years as Purchasing

Familiar with Interior Contractor

Good negotiation skill

Fluently in English
