Technical Support Engineer

(Based in Jakarta)





Responsibilities:

1. Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support for GSM/UMTS/IP core network monitoring system such as on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

2. Provide post-sales technical support to customers through on-site trouble-shooting and remote.

3. Provide technical solution and hands-on support on GSM/UMTS/IP core network monitoring system.

4. As technical point of contact with support team in Malaysia, customer and partner in Indonesia.

5. Carry out all necessary technical meetings pertaining to internal staff or its associated customers.

6. Provide monthly technical update report to customer.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, IT or related area.

2. Preferably with 2~3 years relevant working experience.

3. Possess knowledge in IP/MPLS core network, SS7 signaling, Packet Core, Voice call, LAN Switching, Linux operating system

4. Experience in core network and familiarity of work procedures would be an added advantage.

5. Possess knowledge in RF network would be extra advantage.

6. Outstanding communication skills and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.

7. Able to work independently and able to work in fast pace working environment.
