One of the leading law firms in Indonesia is seeking .net Developer.



Role and responsibilities:



This roles provides technical programming, database development, testing, and documentation for application support issues and enhancements. He/she may perform detailed design or simple analysis tasks as needed. Below are more detail explanation of the responsibilities:

.Net Developer

Performs development or modification of codes for the assigned tasks or projects.

Performs unit testing and integration testing to ensure accuracy of the finished product for assigned tasks.

Prepares the deployment plan and performs actual deployment to staging and production servers during the defined maintenance windows.

Performs application support (bug fixes, system rollover assistance, small enhancement, generate ad-hoc reports, etc).

Follows the standard systems development process, and uses the established coding and design standards, and standard tools as defined by GSDC.

Proactively perform self learning and research to find an optimum solution to the challenged issues during development.

Reports the status of application support and development activities as requested by the Team Lead.

Analyzes and reviews design specifications or project requirements from business analyst (BA) or supervisor.

Communicate independently with QA and BA as needed in seeking detailed information on the reported defects for incident fixes purpose.

Perform detailed system designs as requested for the supported and knowledgeable applications, and on new development for small scaled applications.







Person specification:

This role requires someone with a proven experience and skills in the applications programming who has:

A tertiary qualification from a reputable university � Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related degree.

At least two to three years of professional experience in web and windows/client application development using the following tools:

a. ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET within the Visual Studio .Net 2008/2010 IDE under the .net 3.5 or 4.0 framework.

SQL Server 2005/2008 or other SQL DBMS.

Exposure to the Ms-SharePoint 2007/2010 development would highly be an advantage.

Participated in at least one full development life cycle.

Experience in three-tier architecture with SQL backend or service oriented architecture.

Experience in using Ms-SQL Reporting Services 2005/2008 to create business reports.

Skills and knowledge of LINQ, SilverLight, JQuery, or Ajax would be an advantage.

Ability to work in a �virtual team� with overseas counterparts.

Good English communication skills in both oral and written.

A good understanding of system development methodology and object oriented design.

Ability to meet project deadlines and work under pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
