Flyff to be Released in Indonesia



Tokyo, Japan � July 21, 2010 � Gala Inc. today announced that Seoul-based consolidated

subsidiary Gala Lab Corp. has entered a licensing agreement for the operation of the online game

Flyff in Indonesia with Indonesia-based PT. KingSlaim Soft.



1. Overview of the agreement

Flyff is one of the Gala Group's flagship games titles, currently hosted in many countries in North

and South America, Europe, and Asia with versions in a total of 13 languages.

PT. KingSlaim Soft is one of Indonesia's more recent online games companies, but its employees

have previous experience at a major Korean online games company. As such, we believe the

company is well suited to distributing Gala's games.

2. Schedule

The licensing agreement was signed on July 20, 2010, and will be effective for three years from

the launch of the full commercial service.

The open beta test and the launch of the full commercial service including sale of premium

in-game items are planned for the latter half of FY2011.



3. Future Efforts

The Gala Group will continue to provide superior games, both those developed within the group

and licensed from other developers, to gamers around the world.
