Default Aneka Siomay

Siomay Telur


Bahan :

* 25 lembar Kulit Pangsit
* 25 butir Telur Puyuh rebus

Untuk isi :

* 200 gr daging Ayam
* 200 gr Udang kupas, cincang
* 4 sdm tepung Sagu
* 4 sdm tepung Maizena
* 1 sdt Garam
* 4 siung Bawang Putih, haluskan
* 1/2 sdt Merica halus
* 1 sdm Minyak Wijen
* 2 Putih Telur
* Air secukupnya, bila perlu

[COLOR="DarkRed"]Untuk Pelengkap [/COLOR]:

* Sambal kacang
* Sambal cabai botolan, kecap manis
* Bbrp buah jeruk Limau

Cara Membuat :

1. Buat isi : Aduk ayam, udang, sagu, maizena, garam, bawang putih, merica, minyak wijen & putih telur sampai rata.

2. Ambil selembar kulit pangsit, isi dgn sedikit adonan isi, lalu beri 1 butir telur puyuh, lipat seluruh sisi kulit ke tengah. Kukus selama +/- 20 menit sampai matang.
Oleskan dg minyak sayur agar tidak kering & lengket.

3. Hidangkan dgn saus kacang, saus sambal & kecap manis. Beri kucuran air jeruk limau.

Sambal Kacang :

* 150 gr Kacang Tanah goreng, haluskan
* 1/2 sdm Cuka
* 1 sdt Garam
* 3 sdm Gula Pasir
* 300 cc Air

Campur smua bahan lalu rebus hingga mendidih.
