SP Manufacturing is a Singapore based company providing Electronics Contract Manufacturing Services (EMS) to technology companies and OEMs in the Medical, Industrial equipment and Telecommunication markets.

This position required you to work in our subsidiary factory base in Batam, Indonesia.
You are expected to:
- Support and work closely with General Manager to improve the operation and quality performance of the company which cover manufacturing, engineering and logistics department
- Work with factory and cross functional team to drive factory operation performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity
- Lead Kaizen team to drive quality and continuous improvement projects
- Support NPI activities, customer enquiries and qualification
- Overseeing and coordinate day to day activities of the factory operation
- Any other tasks as required by the company
To be successful in this role, you are required to have the following:
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, preferably with minimum 8 years of experience in OEM/EMS electronics manufacturing industries
- Good operation management experience & possess experience in managing a team of engineers and operators in electronics manufacturing environment
- Posses hands-on experience and good knowledge in Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA and/or Wire-Harness Assembly
- Excellent writing, communication, leadership and problem solving skills
- Self-driven, committed, resourceful, high integrity and able to work independently
