Daging Masak Taoge

Bahan :

400 gr daging sandung lamur, rebus, potong-potong
3 buah cabai merah, potong-potong
3 buah cabai hijau, potong-potong
Bahan II:
3 siung bawang putih, iris halus
3 buah bawang merah, iris halus
1 sdm tauco
4 sdm kecap manis
2 lbr daun salam
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt garam
Bahan III:
100 gr taoge besar, buang ekornya
1 buah tahu cina, potong dadu, goreng
1 sdt bawang goreng



Masukkan bahan I dalam chopper, cincang kasar.
Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan bahan II masak hingga harum, masukkan bahan I, aduk rata. Masukkan bahan III masak hingga taoge cukup layu, angkat.
