Sesuai judul, kenapa ya kalo saya instal VB.Net 2008 not responding pas open new project,

saya pake windows XP SP 3, laptop toshiba..

itu kenapa ya?

tolong dong mastah mastah disini....

saya mau ngoding jadi gak bisa ini
