Responsibilities:

Follow the established procedures and assist in variety of assigned legal projects.
Advise the company for various legal aspects.
Liaise with external functional or operational area specialists as required.
Prepare and review materials for compliance and contracts.
Monitor & update company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company�s business.

Requirements:

Male
Minimum S1 degree in law from reputable university.
Minimum GPA 3.0.
Sound understanding and have experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, land permits, government agencies permits, and contract drafting.
Minimum 3 years relevant of work experience as legal officer or legal consultant is required.
Good team player and good communication skills.
